Mudd Mediation Divorce Expertise

Mudd Mediation has been serving Idaho families with details regarding property, debt, investment, custody and parenting plans since 1993. In many cases, a family may be involved in a business (e.g., a mom-and-pop business), so it can be critical to have a business mediator stand in and help resolve the personal and business side of the divorce simultaneously. Cindi Le Brett can help navigate all of these concerns.

Mudd Mediation also helps families that own land, rentals and recreational vehicles. Often in mediation parties want to get divorced but need a strategy to remain co-tenants in property. We offer agreements that cover all the variables in the event of co-tenancy and long term monetary settlements.

Never think your circumstances are too complex or too simple for mediation. Reach out and learn in our complementary session. Mudd Mediation is known for pre-paid determination of services to save clients on costs and services that are expensive during one of life’s most stressful events.

Looking to divorce with dignity? Mediation can help.

Determining whether mediation is right for you requires a sit-down meeting. Then you can have a better understanding of my process and see if you would be comfortable working with me. Both parties will need to be present for this complimentary consultation.

If you’re interested in moving forward, please find some days and times that would work for both of your schedules. Then send me a message or call (208) 315-3322 to check my availability. Let me know how I can help!
